Install Ubuntu OS on Oracle Virtual Box

In this post , I am going to explain how to install Ubuntu Operating system on Oracle vortual box.

First of all you have to install Oracle Virtual box on your laptop or desktop. You can freely download thsi software from oracle site if not you can download from below link.

Then you have to download Ubuntu ISO image. You can download from Ubuntu Official site or using below link you can download this ISO image.

In this post I am going to install above mentioned Ubuntu ISO image.

As first step you have to create New Virtual Machine. Click on the Machine menu and select New.

Then you have to give Machine name , Machine Folder and OS type as below.Secondly You have to increase the Memory Size. Then click on the Create button

Select the options As below.

At the end, it will create a Virtual machine called Ubuntu on your Oracle virtual box.

Then you have to mount your Downloaded ISO image as below.

After mount, it will show as below.

Then you have to start your Ubuntu Virtual Box as below.

Then you select the mounted ISO image as below.

Then It will start the Ubuntu.

Select the Install Ubuntu button to install your Ubuntu OS.

Then Install Ubuntu as Supervisor

Then Select the Installation type.

Then Select on the continue button.

Select the region.

Select the keyboard layout.

Then give the credentials for Super user.

Please remember the password. If you can not remember the pass word you can not loginto install virtual box.
